Tiny House Cost Breakdown

The total build cost of the tiny house came in just under $22k.

That number includes everything; trailer, frame, appliances, furnishings… everything.

My initial target budget was about $16k, but I didn’t want to cut corners on things and had a good source of income, so I just rolled with it. Are there ways to build this cheaper? Absolutely. But part of the fun is making it custom to you.
