Some people have been expressing some concern with this latest addition to the urban farm because we intend on killing and eating the rabbits we raise.
This type of food production is a far more sustainable method than my past meat consumption practices. Think of all the natural resources that are saved when you grow food at your house. Zero emissions are created to transport this produce to the house, we don’t waste time, money, and gas driving to the store. And lastly we don’t need waste energy to refrigerate the meat, because we can butcher a rabbit just prior to consumption.
