My brother and I expanded our booze making operation after a successful attempt at getting me a bit tatered on my birthday with our first batch.
We used store bought non-pasteurized apple juice with wine yeast from the local brew shop.
In the future we will press apples from our trees, but we wanted to make sure we had the recipe down before spending hours and hours collecting and pressing apples.
